All products are made to order. This means your item is created especially for you after your order is placed.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed, packed, and prepared for shipment.

Fulfilment time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.

Estimated US Delivery Times

For orders shipped within the United States, standard delivery usually takes around 3–7 business days after fulfilment.

Estimated total delivery time is usually:

2–5 business days production + 3–7 business days shipping

Most US orders arrive within approximately 5–12 business days from the order date, but delivery times may vary depending on the product, fulfilment location, carrier delays, holidays, and order volume.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the product, order size, and delivery location.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be able to arrange reshipment, but additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost or has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us through our contact form with your order number.

We will review the tracking information and help resolve the issue where possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For US customers, customs duties usually do not apply when orders are fulfilled and shipped within the United States.

If an order is shipped internationally, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
